Abstract

The looming tech tsunami presents an unprecedented legal challenge. The recent approval of the Digital Bill of Rights -a guide that includes a series of consensual actions on digital rights- supposes a position taken by Spain, whose vocation is to establish itself as a European benchmark. This analysis, in a legal key, clears the document, in order to determine the scope of the cohesive force that this initiative projects.
