Abstract

Artificial intelligence is one of the main recent developments. In this publication, linked to the Teaching Innovation Project, the primary aim is to determine the level of possible fraud through the use of AI in ongoing assessment activities at UNED. Based on these results, the need for adaptation or tools for incorporating AI into the teaching-learning process is considered. To achieve this, we have analyzed the outcomes of 8 different subjects, primarily in the field of legal sciences. Results vary greatly depending on the specific discipline and the setup of the exercise itself, which allows for proposals both for neutralizing AI and incorporating it into teaching. These findings are particularly important for universities with distance and online methodologies, as AI utilization is more feasible in such environments.
