Abstract

The digital transformation in higher education is crucial to improve the efficiency of academic and administrative processes. Digitalization addresses challenges such as the increasing number of documents, the need for remote access and the demand for collaborative tools. This paper highlights the need to digitalize the document management of the ETSIND of the UNED to optimize and streamline management processes, facilitating decision making.
