Resumen

Business games constitute a methodology of special importance, allowing you to bring the student to the business world, where as it is known, bringing proceedings and verify its real impact is virtually impossible. Thanks to these economic reality simulators, students can make decisions and observe its results evaluating the effectiveness of the decision adopted. Therefore, the students begin to be aware of the actual circumstances which will be in their future business. Measuring the level of learning and the possible effects company simulations games can have on the learning is an extremely complex task. This work is intended to contrast with empirical evidence the effectiveness of the business simulation games applied to distance learning students, thus providing added value in simulation games research, in order to empirically demonstrate which are the factors that make the business simulators didactic effectiveness
