Abstract

This paper presents the results of the concluding workshop of the III Jornadas monográficas de la AJIHLE. A case study was proposed with the aim of exemplifying the historic-terminological analysis of grammatical vocabulary. This has resulted in a terminological and terminographical study of a particular word class—the pronoun— in the history of Spanish grammar. Eighteen authors, from Nebrija to Bello, have been analysed. The main purpose of the study is to describe and to account for the terminology of the description of the pronoun and the corresponding subcategorization.
