Zusammenfassung
In this paper the psychopathological issues involved in pathological gambling are described from a legal perspective. The concept of imputability is analyzed, as well as the main extenuating and exempting factors from a psychopathological point of view .Also the jurisprudence in connection with the valuation of the imputability in the pathological gambling is examined. Finally, the clinical and legal implications of this disorder for the future research are commented upon.
