Abstract
In the present research we study a global evaluation of forest management in the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Forest management of radiata pine in Basque Country, its environmental implications and its legal regulation context are analysed. Initial "Plan Rector de Uso y Gestion" of "Urdaibai" and their latter modifications reflects the important disagree generated by the document in all forest sector and specially in forest ownerships.
