Résumé

A fast reference has been made to the noble class, its privileges and obligations, as well as the difference between nobility of blood and the privilege one. The necessity to accredit the honourable condition. A brief history of the foregoings and creation of the Royal Audience and Chancellerys of Valladolid and Granada is presented: history, localization, organization, government and jurisdiction, as well as its background of genealogic and nobility interest. Different kinds and characteristics of the several Litigations of Nobility: proper said, Nobility Lawsuits, Provisional Proceedings, Proving «ad perpetuam rei memoriam» and Provisiones Auxiliatorias; Conclusions.
