Estudio comparativo de servidores multimedia

Resumo

The constant evolution of new technologies and the application to the field of communication of the various advances made, requires continuous updating of knowledge previously acquired by both professionals who produce, offer and manage content and the target audience of same. Improving network communications, among other things, promotes the substantial increase in demand for access to multimedia content through Internet that has been occurring in recent years. This requires an optimization of the various systems used for the creation, distribution and reproduction of information in audio and video. This paper focuses on the study of three of the main servers for the dissemination of multimedia networking. This match a query of existing documentation and, in parallel, there have been various tests of the configuration requirements and functionalities of each of the servers has.
