Abstract

In this paper we review the first ten years of the «Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology» -(RPTO)- which born as a C.O.P and Spanish Psychological Society initiative. Its main goal was being an useful way for communication among professionals who work on this area. We analyse several subjects on the published papers (topics, origins, type, of analyses, samples, etc.). Refering to topics, «Job Entry» has been dealed the most widely, having three different vias «personnel selection, training and career development». We also analyse where papers come from, and so we have observe a difference between those works coming from an academic world («Articles» with a scientific character) and those works made by non-academic professionals (mainly «Experiences»). Finally, we undertake some subjects refered to the future of this journal and research on Work and Organizational Psychology as well. We did that having a look to the published «Editorials» through the history of this journal.
