Resumo

The current situation and outlook for telecommunications investment is examined in this article, with regulations also brought into the equation. This infrastructure finds itself in a delicate bind, according to the authors, who follow with a quantitative study of movements, deposits and investments. They also point out that the new investment cycle before us is stalling any decisive push for rollouts, which are a requirement of the new Information Society
