Zusammenfassung
European Social and Economic Cohesion, before called regional politic, it is a policiy with a high content budget. Moreover, it is a social reference of European Union proceedings. After communitarian agriculture politic (PAC), it is the most relevant budget (33%). Its financial content has overcomes important economic crisis. Its stregth is due to the juridical basis of the European Treaties. The juridical relevance of the Cohesion is equivalent to he Euro and the European Common Market since Maastricht Treaty. Therefore, the European Union is not simply an area of free market. In other words, the constitutional Cohesion becomes a fundamental principle of European Union.
