Resumen

En este artículo se revisan algunos de los conceptos más clásicos en el ámbito organizativo. Partimos de que los valores guían el comportamiento y procesos de toma de decisiones y cómo éstos se vinculan con la cultura organizacional, entendida ésta como un patrón de asunciones básicas compartidas que el grupo aprende solucionando problemas de adaptación externa e integración interna. Por último, se recogen las principales conclusiones de diversas investigaciones empíricas, con objeto de proponer acciones de intervención orientadas a la mejora del bienestar de personas y al logro de objetivos organizacionales.
