Abstract

The fully autonomous driving vehicle will be soon on the market and all the occupants will be passengers. The interior distribution of the vehicle will be more comfortable and flexible for the occupants. The objective of this paper is to envision the future of the steering wheel on the autonomous driven car. There are two conflicted views regarding its need. Future trends of this component are presented on this paper.
