Résumé

The National Distance Education University (UNED), within the context of its strategic plan and the establishment of the Excellence Campus and its official postgraduate studies (master and doctorate degrees), is developing since 2000, as R+D program, part of those objectives by using the e-learning platform aLF (collaborative learning and online education). The double aim on virtualizing formal education is, firstly, to offer a solid GLP (General Public License) widely used, and secondly, strengthen the long established distance learning. So, UNED puts at University headquarters‘ faculty and Associated Centers‘ professor-tutors and students disposal, the required tools to combine individual work and co-operative learning.
