Inside our line of research concerning the purification and pro-Franco repression of the professorship of the Canary institutes, between the beginning of the Spanish civil war of 1936 and 1942, this contribution deals with the Galician teacher Egea Abelenda, which was accused by the Comisión de Depuración of Tenerife, on April 30, 1937, of having supported the Popular Front and of being a member of the Socorro Rojo. Your debugger process concluded in the first phase, with the definitive separation of service and incapacitation for managerial charges and of confidence. In January 1940, Egea Abelenda asked for the review of his process invoking that had not been an ear for being absent of the island in his moment. After the process, discussed in our communication, was punished with forced relocation outside the islands and incapacitation for managerial charges and of confidence in cultural and educational institutions. Finally, was also canceled the previous sanction.
