Abstract

Specialized texts are very difficult to write, since they are produced in the context of specialized communication and they have specific features that can vary depending on the domain or the textual genre. The aim of this work is to detect the most frequent genres and the genres more difficult to write by several groups (specialists, students and laypeople) in different specialized domains, together with the main writing difficulties. We use a methodology based on on-site interviews and online questionnaires, which allow us to achieve our objective satisfactorily.
