Resum
The contexts of emergencies and rescue are described with high emotional and labor demands that can affect the well-being of health and rescue personnel. However, there is also the possibility to improve, overcome or even be strengthened after your experience. Through the presentation of different works we propose a reflection on these contexts, the role of personal and organizational resources to promote health processes at work and reduce the risk of experiencing discomfort and illness in these professionals.
