Resumo
There is no doubt that the European Union is one of the main players in the climate diplomacy. However, the strategy and influence of the European Climate Diplomacy has lived different historical periods depending on internal and external circumstances. In this paper these changes are classified into three periods: unilateralism, realpolitik and grand strategy. Each one will be analysed including proposal strategies for the last one, which is still ongoing.
