Résumé
Most organizations do not analyze in depth the feasibility of its management systems. They don´t have a process for managing change well-defined, not even implemented often contingency plans at risk. Risk planning and changes in projects, would help to finish in a satisfactory way a greater number of project. The main approaches to project management, predictive and agile, integrate into their processes risk management, mechanisms that contribute to increase the chances of project success. Predictive approaches, traditionally considered responsible for the failure of projects, the factors involved in the triple constraint: scope, time and cost, have progressively evolved to the agile approach. Moreover, regulatory efforts on risk management are integrated in the international standard ISO 31000: 2009, made in order to harmonize risk management processes. The objective of this study is to analyze the risk management processes of the different approaches to project management, along with the international standard ISO 31000: 2009, obtaining an overview of the key features that work to the rapid identification, treatment and risk reduction in the projects.
