Abstract

This work exposes and analyzes the experience carried out from the area of engineering projects of the Department of Construction and Manufacturing Engineering, at the Higher School of Industrial Engineering of the UNED, by introducing collaborative tools and software in the teaching of project management subjects, concretely, in the gradees of Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Electrónica Industrial y Automática, Ingeniería Eléctrica and Ciencias Ambientales. Thus, this work analyzes de adaptation of the proposed activities to the distance learning model of the UNED, aswell as the skills which are developed through these activities (both in the context of each career and of the new Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior (EEES)), and the feedback of the students through the acceptance of the proposed activities, the ratings obtained and the assessment of the experience through questionnaires. Finally, based on the results obtained, teaching methodologies derived from the experience described are appreciated in order to enhance the design of future activities inspired on this.
