Juventud, ciudadanía y exclusión social

Résumé

The change of the social paradigm that is taking place as consequence of the technologic revolution, together with several economic, labour and cultural transformations, is leading to completely new social experiences for the youngest generations. Youth people are suffering to a greater extent the contradictions and the adjusting problems of the new era, finding themselves with morse opportunities, labour conditions and standards of life, which renders them with serious risks of sufferingproblems of social exclusion and secun- daritation citizenship. Thus the generation variable is becoming one of the sociologic fac- tors of mayor explanatory capacity, within a context where new tendencies of protest and collective action are emerging, and where youth people are taking an outstanding role.
