Résumé
The two engines of the Information and Knowledge Society are technology and economy, the former making easier the using of technological advances and the later basing on economic globalization. The European Union has faced to this new challenge adopting coordinate measure, from the Lisbon Strategy (2000) to complete the single market and to stablish the comprehensive proposals on employment, innovation and structural reforms. With the beginning of the i2010 Strategy, June 2005, the EU has a coherent political frame to development of the convergent services of telecommunications and mass media
