Abstract

Teacher training is closely link.ed with the evolution and improvement of the institution teachers belong to. In this paper we try to relate the cons­truction of every teacher's professional knowledge to the configuration of the model of the educational institution at which they work. This line, which is essentially collaborati­ve and investigating, places every tea­cher spatially in the open and creative educational institution and involves them in all the actual transformational processes of each school.
