Abstract
Teacher training is closely link.ed with the evolution and improvement of the institution teachers belong to. In this paper we try to relate the construction of every teacher's professional knowledge to the configuration of the model of the educational institution at which they work. This line, which is essentially collaborative and investigating, places every teacher spatially in the open and creative educational institution and involves them in all the actual transformational processes of each school.
