Abstract

Right now, has been published the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD -GDD) with a package of measures to regulate the use of technology in private life and at work, recognizing the fundamental right of citizens to protection of personal data. The new law seeks to guarantee the Net neutrality, the universal access, the right to security and digital education, as well as the rights to oblivion, to portability and the digital testament. In addition, in this Act is relevant the recognition of the right to disconnect digitally, within the framework of the right to privacy in the use of digital devices in the field of labour, and the protection of minors on the Internet.
