Résumé

Even serialproductionindustryshouldknowhow tofaceprojects: plantcommissioning, shutdown,introducingnew productsand similar circumstancesshould be managedwithadequateplanningand resourceallocationtechniques to create ascheduleuseful indecisionmakingduringtheexecution ofthoseprojects. Thecurrentcomplexreality, withevolvingtechnologiesand strongpressureto reachthemarketas soon as possible, pushustousemore dvancedtechniquesthanwaterfallplanning, such asagileorlean.Italsorequiresus to havea holisticviewof thesystembecausethere are concurrenttasks. Actual simulation software allows, at a veryaffordablecost, to validateconcepts and models as wewill show in thisbriefanalysis. Thisarticleisa briefexampleofnew ways of schedulingbyshowingthem in real and simpleuse case.
