This paper analyzes the moderator effect of the attractions possessed by the cultural destination in the development of satisfaction and loyalty by tourists from collectivist cultures. Specifically the difference between both cultural destinations is based on the presence of coastal elements in it. Affective and cognitive, determining the pre-eminence of cognitive elements in the generation of satisfaction as well as pleased to developing loyalty elements are included in the underlying model. The relationship between expectations and disconfirmación, and its relationship with activation, as well as between both dimensions of emotions is verified for both cases. There are differences in behavior of collectivist culture based on attractions possessing the destination. In the case of the urban cultural destination any dimensions of emotions affect satisfaction and loyalty. Conversely, in the case of the coastal cultural destination pleased that affects development of satisfaction and loyalty. Also, concludes the existence of a small number of relationships which differ base to make the cultural target urban or coastal (expectations-disconfirmación; disconfirmación-like arousal-pleasure)
