Abstract

Byung-Chul Han is one of the most popular intellectuals of our time, basing his success mainly on a kind of philosophical critique to our hypertechnological and consumist-capitalist civilization. In this paper, some of the most frequent clichés of the work of Han are examined, trying to show that usually there are no reasons to agree with them, and that they basically respond to intellectual snobbery.
