Resum

The last educational law approved in Spain, the LOMCE, sets some measurable learningstandards for each course in the subject of mathematics. These standards allow to define theresults of the student's learning, and specify what they should know, understand and knowhow to do in the mathematics subject. Based on this regulation, the Teaching ofMathematics project based on Standards emerges, which is put into operation for the firsttime at the Montpellier School in Madrid in the academic year 2017/18. The objectives thatare sought when applying this new methodology of work are many, and are analyzed inmore detail later in this document, although, the most outstanding are to encouragestudents' motivation towards the subject, increase attention to diversity in the classroomand give the student more prominence and autonomy in their own learning process. Thisthesis aims, in addition to showing in detail all the mechanisms and work tools of thismethodology, collect and analyze data on the results of its application in the classroom.These results will be both academic and personal and motivational, as this research not onlyaims to verify the impact of the project at the level of academic results, but also at the levelof student motivation, increased autonomy or attitude towards the subject. From the resultsof this research, it will be possible to defer or construct a teaching-learning model based onmore global standards applicable to many other educational centers.
