La inmigración laboral en castilla-la mancha y su impacto en el mercado de trabajo nacional y regional

Resumen

This research paper aspires to show a real and verified in-depth study about labor immigration in Castilian-La Mancha and its impact on the national and regional job market. Therefore, its main objective is to make the current situation of immigran workers known (specially, hired hand) in the Spanish job market in general, and Castilian-La Mancha in particular. Specifically, this research goes in depth in the growing relevance of foreign worker as workforce, the strong impact of phenomenon of immigration in Castilian-La Mancha, the absence of policies for the socio-labor integration of immigrant population in 2001-2005 period, the positive change in those regional policies in 2005, or the weight of immigration in regional employment between 2000-2006 until now. All of that is evinced through a brief analysis of statistical database, on the basis of the study of the main variables of the national and Castilian-Manchegan job market analysis.
