Abstract

The contract is the main means in international trade that serves for the movement of goods without the division of the world into States being an impediment to it. This paper examines various types of contracts that are included in the European concept of international sale of goods. And that, therefore, the courts in a case of dispute may base their international jurisdiction on Article 7.1 b) of the Brussels I bis Regulation.
