Abstract
In this work we study the sustainability of Territorial Planning in Bizkaia related to land consuming parameter. For this, the proposals of land consuming defined in the Territorial Partial Plans are analysed and specifically focused to the proposals of new residential areas in the townships included in their respectives Functional Areas.
