Resumo

In this article we analyze the results of the 2021 Delphi Study on political trends carried out by the Center for Sociological Research (CIS). The goa lof the study was to determine the probability of certain events and changes occurring, as well as to evaluate their importance in a time horizon estimated in the year 2030. In this case, in political trends, there is a greater capacity to mae certain forecats than a single expert considered in isolation. For this reason, this method relies on a diversity of experts who make the forecasts by approximations and through Anonymous knowledge of the forecasts of others. That is, it is articulated in a complex way in several phases or stages. It is not a proper survey either an analysis or discusión group, but it presents methodological characteristics along with qualitative and quantitative approaches at the same time, since it uses specially qualified and individualized people who carry and experts opinion and who puts together in a second pase of the Delphi surveys. In addition, information that can be computed and contrasted is collected at the same time. Therefore, in the end, specific quantified data is obtained.
