Resumen

The classic authors’ thinking about corporate social responsibility (CSR) is presented in these pages, meaning classics those who have contributed significantly to the development of the economy and business administration during the XIX and XX centuries. It discusses the start date of this stream of thought, although it seems obvious that Adam Smith already laid the foundations.
