Zusammenfassung

More for less? Or less for more? The «rules of the procedural game» that had been announced to us in the three Justice Efficiency Projects as a public service have changed radically. The result of the new strategy points to the following balance: More digital efficiency. Less procedural efficiency. No organizational efficiency. With these new «rules of the procedural game» will we be able to win in Efficiency, Sustainability, Austerity and Resilience? Will they be enough for us to break the pulse of injustice — assumed by a desperate congestion, scarcity and unpunctuality of the response — and provoke — finally — the essential Recovery of Justice? Will we be able to achieve the Transformation committed to the Justice 2030 Plan, developed in co-governance to definitively promote the Rule of Law and access to Justice as levers of change for a legally advanced country? In this first analysis, which will be followed by many others, a first evaluation of the procedural paradigm change brought about by the recent Royal Decree-Law 6/2023, of December 19, which approves urgent measures for the execution of the Plan, is offered. of Recovery, Transformation and Resilience in matters, among others, of public service of Justice.
