Doctor by the UNED. Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia with the thesis Inteligencia artificial y práctica jurídica implicaciones en el proceso y en la tutela judicial efectiva 2024. Supervised by Dr. Ana María Marcos del Cano, Dr. Fernando Higinio Llano Alonso.

- Postdoctoral FPI fellow at Filosofía Jurídica Department at UNED. - PhD in Law (UNED) since november 2024. Thesis title: "Inteligencia Artificial y práctica jurídica: implicaciones en el proceso y en la tutela judicial efectiva" / "Artificial Intelligence and the Practice of Law: Implication on Court Trials and the Due Process". Calification: CUM LAUDE with International Mention and the option of a PhD Extraordinary Award. - Double Degree in Law and ADE (UC3M) in 2019 with an A grade, and Master in Lawyering (UNED) in 2021, obtaining the maximum grade with Honors (Matrícula de Honor) in the final project. - Researcher focused on the field of Philosophy of Law, in its relationship with (i) new technologies (and, in particular, with AI) and bioethics, (ii) legal practice and argumentation and (iii) human rights. - Author of five peer-reviewed publications in indexed journals (e.g., Ius et Scientia, Universitas, Cuadernos Electrónicos de Filosofía del Derecho), two book chapters in collective volumes (Aranzadi, Laborum) and a thesis (Teseo). - Active participant in five national R&D&I projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Science and Innovation and the Public Entity Red.es (e.g., GODAS, DENORIA, e-CARE, COPID). - Teaching experience (over 270 hours) at UNED and UC3M in Philosophy of Law, Theory of Law, Professional Ethics and AI Ethics. - International researcher with a stay at Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia (2023–24), in collaboration with the CRID research center and with academic training at CIRSFID, Università di Bologna-Alma Mater Studiorum. Another stay at Universidad de Sevilla (2022) complement the aforementioned. - Member of the organizing committee of the three editions of Congreso AJIDH, and contributor in twelve scientific dissemination events. In addition, a total of 89 courses, conferences or seminars have been attend. - Enjoyer of three Scholarships: the Erasmus + Scholarship at Wroclaw University, Poland; Santander International Mobility Scholarship at Università di Modena e Reggio Emilia, Italy; and UNED Predoctoral FPI Scholarship at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia. After the completion of the thesis, this last Grant has been converted into a postdoctoral FPI UNED Grant, which is being enjoyed at the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia until November 2025. - Reviewer of two articles for two different journals and moderator of a session of an Academic Conference (II Congreso AJIDH). - In adition: Author of the book of short stories "Sueños a través de una ventana", Ediciones Atlantis, 2021. Lawyer (Ministerio de Justicia) since 2021. Prior to the academic career, Internship Technician at the Banco de España. Proficient in Spanish (native), English (C1) and Italian (B1).
