Doctor by the Institut Néel with the thesis Yu-Shiba-Rusinov states in superconductor-quantum dot transistors made by electromigration 2020. Supervised by Dr. Clemens Benjamin Winkelmann, Dr. Herve Courtois.
I am an experimental physicist in the field of Material Science. I am specialized in electronic conduction, transport phenomena, catalysis, electrochemistry and fluid mechanics. I also have experience in deposition techniques of micro- and nano-particles for coating surfaces with nanostructured layers for a wide range of applications. Currently, I focus on the fabrication of catalytic electrodes for hydrogen polymer-electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) by electrospray and other conventional techniques, their assembly in MEAs and their electrochemical (in-situ) and physical (ex-situ/post-morten) characterization. Additionally, I work on fabricating and testing electrodes of novel Platinum-Group-Metal-free (PGM-free) catalysts for the ORR in PEMFCs, and on studying durability and degradation of PEMFC with long-term and accelerated-stress tests. Besides my research work, I have also engaged in activities such as: - Teaching at university degrees and supervising students in the laboratory. - Participating and leading PhD and early-career postdoc organizations for networking. - Coordinating and organizing conferences and events for young researchers. - Collaborating in the peer review process of articles for scientific journals.
