Apoyo social online e identificación con el gruposu influencia sobre las quejas de salud y la satisfación vital

Resumen

El objetivo de este estudio es analizar las relaciones entre el apoyo social online y la identificación grupal, de una parte, y las quejas de salud y la satisfacción vital. Los participantes fueron 500 adultos postulantes a un examen para puestos de profesores de Educación Secundaria y Primaria quienes participaron en un foro específico en la Web. Se puso a prueba un modelo de mediación usando análisis SEM. Nuestros datos muestran que el apoyo social online media parcialmente los efectos del cansancio emocional sobre las quejas de salud y la satisfacción vital. Al mismo tiempo, los efectos de la identificación grupal están totalmente mediados por el apoyo social online. Finalmente se discuten los resultados y las sugerencias para futuras investigaciones.
