Resumen

Este estudio explora el papel moderador de la identificación con el grupo en la relación entre la justicia organizacional y el cansancio emocional de los empleados, de acuerdo con el modelo de manejo de la incertidumbre (Van den Bos, 2001; Van den Bos y Lind, 2002). Las hipótesis se ponen a prueba en una investigación con cuestionarios con una muestra de empleados (N = 494) pertenecientes a 99 grupos de trabajo. El análisis de los datos demuestra que la identificación grupal juega un papel moderador en la relación entre la justicia organizacional y el cansancio emocional. Además se encuentran diferencias en función del tipo de empresa (pública o privada). Los resultados se discuten en orden a sus implicaciones teóricas y aplicadas.
