Resumen

Se revisan la situación y perspectivas de la inversión en el sector de la telecomunicaciones, relacionándolas con el entorno regulatorio. Tras poner de manifiesto el delicado momento que atraviesa la inversión en estas infraestructuras, el análisis se completa con un estudio cuantitativo de tráfico, ingresos e inversión, constatándose que el nuevo ciclo al que nos enfrentamos impide el decidido empuje requerido por los despliegues necesarios en la nueva Sociedad del Conocimiento.
