Résumé

El objetivo de este estudio es comprobar la relación entre el liderazgo auténtico, la cohesión grupal, la identificación y el posible efecto mediador de la justicia organizacional. Para ello, se utilizó la técnica de mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS) para analizar los datos de 210 empleados pertenecientes a diferentes empresas españolas. Los resultados mostraron relaciones positivas entre las variables estudiadas y una mediación de la justicia organizacional. Estos resultados se discuten considerando la importancia del modelo de liderazgo auténtico al estudiar los procesos grupales en las organizaciones, así como la importancia del desarrollo de políticas y conductas que favorezcan la ética, transparencia y justicia en las empresas.
