Resumen

Este estudio explora las influencias de la socialización organizacional en la intención de permanecer y las conductas innovadoras usando un diseño de dos tiempos con una muestra (N = 308) de voluntarios dedicados al asesoramiento y la orientación. Además, se analiza el papel mediador de las percepciones de justicia organizacional en las relaciones entre socialización y resultados. Nuestros hallazgos apoyaron las hipótesis propuestas; esto es, mostraron que cuanto mayor es la socialización organizacional, mayor es la intención de permanecer y la conducta innovadora mostrada por los voluntarios, y que ambos efectos se encuentran mediados por la justifica organizacional percibida. Las implicaciones prácticas se discuten.
