Resum

This paper aims to expose the project on teaching innovation designed and implemented in the course 2016-2017 for the subject “Civil Law II: Obligations and Contracts” at the UNED, with which the group of teaching innovation that has implemented it has sought to facilitate the basic and professional competencies that the student must achieve to get at the highest level the goals pursued, such as learning to solve complex problems, work as a team, acquire basic knowledge and skills, learn to use technology in a practical way, reinforce learning through of active participation, etc. To achieve them, we have chosen to follow a specific methodology for its execution according to the systematic of Problem-Based Learning (PBL), studying its applicability to the subject and the benefits that may derive from it, based on the study of a small group of students at the UNED associated center of the Tax Studies Institute.
