This article focuses on the main principal answers articled to a consolidated phenomenon: the job precariousness in most of the “service business” or “multiservice business”. First of all, we analyze the new law of public contracts, then the space of the statutory regulatory about contracts and suppliers and the possible effects for workers in “multiservice companies”. The second part of this article is the answer of collective bargaining to this phenomenon in the sectorial and the enterprise level and finally we focuses in the judicial doctrine: on the one hand, identifying what is the collective agreement applicable to this activity, even in companies that have their own collective agreement and, on the other hand, by the annulment in the judicial seat of many conventions of Multiservice companies for violating the principle of correspondence in relation to the scope of impact of the signed agreement and the legitimacy of the legal representative signatory.
