Résumé
In an eminently disruptive and innovative environment, entrepreneurship becomes relevant as an economic engine and the COVID crisis has shown that business sustainability is even more linked to the digital component. In this context, this study analyzes the self-perception of entrepreneurial skills in a sample of students from two entrepreneurship educational programs, representative of a segment of potential entrepreneurs with previous professional experience, who concentrate the main initiatives of professional reorientation and skills updating. Data collection is done through a structured online questionnaire based on the Entrepreneurial Competencies Framework (EntreComp). The results show that the skills related to the identification of opportunities, highly related to the intention to undertake and the block of specific knowledge, including economic, legal and digital, are the ones that concentrate the lowest rates in terms of perceived capabilities. The incorporation of content and methodologies that enhance both the recognition of opportunities and specific and digital knowledge can contribute to covering the competence gap obtained in this sample.
