Résumé

The general objective of this article is to carry out an analysis of the design, development, ap-plication and impact of the National Program for Distance Specialization and Improvement (PRONEP) within the framework of Permanent Teacher Training (PFP) from the retrospective view of the department/chair of didactic The methodological design is framed in the evaluation of programs combining different interrogation techniques (questionnaire, discussion group and autobiographical narrative), from three nodal dimensions of the professional development program: (I) Design/planning, (II) Development, application and enhancement and (III) Impact. Among the conclusions, the genesis, development and impact of the teacher training program have been characterized, evidencing its innovative characteristics, allowing the most valuable improvements to be proposed to consolidate future models for the professional development of teachers
