Resumen

En el trabajo se analiza la transparencia en los laudos arbitrales y con ella, la necesidad de una consistencia y coherencia de las decisiones a través del precedente arbitral a partir de un profundo análisis de casos. Se propone un sistema multilateral de solución de controversias: Tribunal Internacional de Inversión o Tribunal Permanente de Apelación.
